The Bishop of Colombo, Rt. Revd. Dushantha Rodrigo presided two Holy Confirmation Services at St. John’s Church, Valaichenai and Church of St. Mary Magdalene, Ampara on the 24th and 25th of September, 2022.
The total of 18 candidates confirmed at St. John’s church - Valaichenai and 05 candidates at St. Mary Magdalene - Ampara.
The Bishop has also visited St. Mary’s Church, Navatkudah during his pastoral visit to Eastern Deanery and participated in the Harvest Festival of the Navatkudah church.
